Hunting is a controversial issue because it is frequently regarded as a recreational activity, and most people are concerned about safety issues. Society's attitude and current paradigm about animals' rights have changed in history.

 

Like so many debatable issues, the answer to this question depends upon who you ask. For some people, nothing could be more natural than hunting as indeed just about every animal species—including humans—has been either a predator or a prey at some point in its evolution. On the other hand, for many environmental and animal protectors, hunting can be seen as barbaric and morally wrong.
